Know these cold
- BSOD troubleshooting: stop codes identify cause; use WinDbg or online lookup. Common causes: driver conflict, failed RAM, storage error.
- Account lockout: too many failed logins triggers lockout policy. Reset via Active Directory or local admin.
- Firewall and browser issues: check Windows Firewall rules; clear browser cache/cookies; SSL certificate errors (expired, untrusted CA).
