Know these cold
- Change management: document change, get approval, create rollback plan, implement, verify, document results.
- Ticketing systems: record symptoms, steps taken, resolution. SLA defines response and resolution time commitments.
- Safety: ESD (anti-static strap), power off + unplug before internal work, lifting with legs, proper fire extinguisher (Class C for electrical, CO2 or dry chemical).
