Know these cold

  1. OSI model 7 layers — Physical, Data Link, Network, Transport, Session, Presentation, Application.
  2. IPv4 32-bit dotted decimal; private ranges 10/8, 172.16/12, 192.168/16; CIDR notation.
  3. TCP (reliable, ordered, connection-oriented) vs. UDP (fast, connectionless, no retransmission).
